Send HTML Email from Outlook
If to test HTML emails, or to spread newsletters, probably the simpliest way would be to send HTML emails from Outlook.
A Notepad-crafted HTML email can be sent easily with Microsoft Outlook. This works for Microsoft Outlook 2003, 2007 and 2010, hassle free for any MS Outlook of any age.
